Our dolls are made from sustainable and environmentally friendly materials , in order to limit the impact of traditional plastic and promote responsible consumption.

Canada: 3 to 9 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days
A tracking number is sent upon shipment.

Yes . You have 7 days after receipt to make a return or exchange, provided the doll is new and kept in its original packaging.
